Meditation is a form of spiritual concentration that does not focus on analytic logic. In this condition, we pump out knowledge without utilizing sensory organs.
The modern view considers meditation as a means of well-being, mental relaxation, and stress relief. In reality, however, we are dealing with an in-depth mystical process that can lead to increased alertness, absolutely focused attention, and inner silence, resulting in the broadening of perception and self-awareness.
To say that a person performs meditation is acceptable if to have relaxed physically and mentally. We perform physical relaxation by focusing the mind on the different body zones, starting from the head and ending at the toes. In this exercise, we proceed without haste, and its duration is ten minutes at least. The mental relaxation that follows is achieved by projecting the senses to a location that the meditator has been to with the physical body in the past. This exercise lasts at least one minute.
In all cases, when a person relaxes, it automatically enters the alpha dimension. When we create with our imagination or envision something we have seen or imagined in the past, we can say that we perform dynamic meditation and penetrate deeper into the same dimension. When we are relaxed and without thoughts, we can say that we perform passive meditation, and this leads us to the theta dimension. When we find ourselves in the unknown, relaxed and with closed or open eyes, we can say we perform double meditation and enter the delta dimension.

As the integrated crystal rays meditation method teaches, deep relaxation, projection of the senses, creative visualization, retrospection, and mental projection in a visionarily created laboratory coordinate brain activity in the alpha (Α) dimension, where anxiety is eliminated, thoughts acquire more clarity, and the immune system strengthens.
Inner silence, caused by interruptions in internal dialogue, coordinates cerebral activity in the theta (Θ) dimension. Here, we gain control over the autonomic nervous system and can program any biological intelligence.
The projection of the astral body (average level of the abyss), then enter the dreaming body (level θ4), the entrance to the Gate of infinity (level θ3), and the entrance to the parallel universes (level θ2) favor the cerebral activity in the delta (Δ) dimension, where the perception expands as much as it takes to pass the wholeness of existence into parallel universes, which undoubtedly exist between the Triarch Universe, the Gate of Infinity, and the First Authority of Light.
The expansion of perception and the experience of the inner search resulting from meditation produce many positive experiences that upgrade the IQ, the psychosomatic balance, and finally, the character of the meditator.
