In the early 1960s, a rift was created in Behaviorist dogma, and a new era began. This is due to the rise of a new branch of Psychology called Cognitive Psychology.
Cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy owes its development to cognitive psychology, which argues that human behavior can be explained by interpreting the phenomenon of perception and mental processes.
It has effective treatment techniques at its disposal for problems such as depression, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, suicidal behavior, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxious thinking, generalized anxiety disorder, personality disorders, and in couple problems, children and adolescents.
Cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy is defined as the treatment of deviant behavior. It's governed by three basic principles:
Cognition affects behavior.
Cognitive function can be controlled and changed.
Desired changes in behavior can be influenced by cognitive changes.
The therapist is asked to understand how the client constructs the world inside them and how this can affect them emotionally or have effects on their behavior. With the recognition of process errors in the way of thinking of the treated person, the process of intervention begins.
The collaboration between therapist and client is governed from the beginning: "You and I will work together to deal with your problem," rather than "I will cure you."
The choice of therapeutic targets is made jointly (therapist and patient).
Deviant behavior has an impact on the human energy body as well as any problem of the physical body.
Intervening, at the same time, in the energy body with the "Omega" series of pentacle applications, we have a remarkable result.
This has already been applied to problems such as panic disorder, suicidal behavior, anxious thinking, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, viz deviant behaviors exhibited by ex-drug users and ex-alcoholics.
Level Ω Session 1
Application of the catholic quintrays [1 -3] and [1 -2] that help develop the ability to relax physically and inhibit the psychosomatic symptoms of the generalized anxiety disorder (gastrointestinal problems, headaches, chest pressure, tachycardia, atypical abdominal pain, dermatitis, hypertension, and sleep disorders appearing as either insomnia or drowsiness).
Level Ω Session 2
Application of the catholic quintrays [1 -1] and [1 0] that help to develop the ability to relax physically and mentally and to feelings of inferiority and low self-esteem, symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder.
Level Ω Session 3
Application of the catholic quintrays [1 2] and [1 3] that help eliminate the fear of the unknown, which is a genuine (and the healthiest) cause of anxiety but also the root of various mental illnesses.
Level Ω Sessions 4, 5, 6
Application of the catholic quintrays [2 -3], [2 -2], [2 -1], [2 0], [2 1], and [2 3] that help with dream control, lucid visualization, memory, and learning difficulties from deficiency concentration.
It is worth noting that with the next two rays, we help the former drug user not to return to the habit (increase in the rate from 16% to 52% in ages 36-46).
Water [0 0] helps to break habits and gives determination.
Fire [0 0] helps in psychological rehabilitation from addictive substances.
The success of these two simple applications is due to the fact that these applications relieve suicidal behavior (they are more successful with drugs, where the risk of death is greater than with alcohol or smoking).
