You are in the rod position one meter in front of the physical body. I will now count from three to one. On the count of one, you will be back in the physical body. Three . . two . . one.

When you have completed the transfer of consciousness into the astral body, this connection becomes invisible but continues to exist. The figure is dressed in the comfortable clothes of your choice.

You can levitate if you want but don't focus on details.
Be curious about things, but if you feel a spot has strangely drawn to you, give it quick and intermittent glances and approach it slowly. You can pry out details at this level with short and sporadic peeks. Whenever a spot insists on being particularly attractive to you, you can take a quick look at the ring stone by raising your right hand. You have to act like you are dreaming. To see your space and physical body clearly, you must externalize almost all of your stellar matter.
At this level, perception depends on the stellar matter manipulation that comes and goes from the physical to the astral body. You can modify your astral body's stellar matter quantity from the astral-shield stance. With each session added to your experience, this handling becomes more manageable. The astral body can be transformed into the dreaming body when the limit of absorption of matter that comes from the physical body is exceeded. Then you gain some advantages, but you should not be in a hurry to attempt such a thing before you are familiar with the abyss level. The dreaming body has some limitations that do not apply to the astral body.
Take the rod posture in front of the legs of your physical body, facing the opposite direction, with your physical body behind you. You are in rod posture, one meter, in front of the physical body.
