Our brain is a perfect computer. On the screen of this computer, images from the past, hopes, and fears for the fu-ture are projected beyond our control. These are the programs that our mind creates automatically.
Our desires and hopes are positive programs, while our fears and worries are negative ones. We must use creative visualization to promote positive thoughts by blocking out negative thoughts and forming images where our desires come true.
Creative visualization works when performed while the brain is producing alpha waves. We all have this skill when we relax with our eyes closed and in a comfortable posture (Egyptian posture). Using a chair with a straight back is preferable so that our visualization has intensity and clarity.
A surefire way to relax deeply within two minutes is the three-breath method. Before following this method, there must be a physical relaxation exercise, which is accepted by most meditation methods (we start from the top of the head and move down, ending at the toes).
Creative visualization and positive affirmations can help our body's natural therapeutic processes and improve our immune system.
When we achieve deep physical and mental relaxation, we create a scenario in which everything develops according to our desires. But this is not enough for success if it is done once. At first, anything we create is just a program projected by the imagination. From the second time on, it's creative visioning.
Every time we operate at the level of creative vision, we improve as visualizers and gain more and more confidence in our powers: spiritual, mental, and physical because we can create, envision, and help ourselves and other people live better.
The level of creative visualization is the basic level of dynamic meditation, a little deeper than the level of mental projection. Every person, before constructing anything on a real level, performs creative visualization. Some are better at it because they have discovered how to remain focused, maintaining the images on this level.
To help concentration on this level, we apply an etheric ray that brings this effect to everyone.
Introduction to the three breath method
It should be noted here that we do not claim that the psychic centers (chakras) actually exist in the energy body. The visualization of these centers and the connections between them helps expand consciousness and develop visualization.
In reality, the energy body has seventy-two control points. These control points consist of eight groups of nine points (energy centers) that maintain the coherence of the energy body. The central group cooperates with the others and is responsible for how we perceive.
The universal quintrays that we apply in subsequent levels favor the development of the control points and the communication between the groups. The visionary will see all this upon entering the θ4 level.
In the three breath method, we preferred (for the 3rd level) the visualization of the psychic centers, for the simplicity it has as a system, in relation to the system of control points of the energy body.
The main reason is that for the energy centers, we can describe them, say how they cooperate, or for the effect they receive from the quintray applications, depending on the calculation of the harmony of the five rays (equal distance, center of symmetry, opposite direction). Still, we cannot give their exact location. Each person discovers their location on their own when they locate them. (7th level).
